Mona Kotb is an Egyptian producer with an accomplished career in the entertainment industry. Throughout her professional journey, she has founded several production companies in Egypt and has played a key role in producing a wide range of successful music, film, and television productions.
She began her career in music production through Mega Star, where she produced numerous songs for some of the Arab world’s most celebrated artists. She later expanded into film production by contributing to the feature film Special Relations, marking a new chapter in her career.
She then founded Square Production, under which she produced a number of successful television drama series that earned both critical acclaim and widespread audience recognition. The company was later rebranded as Takween Production and Distribution, continuing its mission to create high-quality productions and contribute to the growth of the Egyptian and Arab entertainment industries through creativity, innovation, and excellence.
hedaya ramadan
Hedaya Ramadan is an Egyptian producer and the daughter of renowned producer Mona Kotb. She began her career by working across all of the company’s productions, serving as General Production Supervisor on numerous successful projects. Through years of hands-on experience, she developed a distinctive artistic vision and became an integral part of the company’s creative and production process.
Continuing the legacy of Takween, Hedaya Ramadan has produced a number of significant projects both in Egypt and internationally. Her productions reflect a commitment to high-quality storytelling and artistic excellence. Among her most recent works is the television series Champollion, an international production filmed across Iraq, Lebanon, Egypt, and Syria, showcasing the company’s ability to manage large-scale productions across multiple countries.
